Maybe I been lucky but I never have problems with Paypal anymore , I had one of my first stealth accounts limited when I first started for logging in a couple times on a bad IP, but in the last 8 months never an issue with Paypal .

I also have not had this landline verification request (knock on wood) but it must be in place if it's causing a lot of jabber like this
