International Philippines Paypal account withdrawing to US Bank Account
 

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and would like to know if anyone has experience with this?

I have a Philippines paypal account and want to withdraw funds to a US bank account (bank of america). The bank account is under my relatives name, and we have the same last name. I will have them open a new bank account.

The Paypal account is a Philippine business account that is verified, and my cousin and I have the same last name.

Will I have issues withdrawing the funds to a US bank account? This is the first time adding a US bank account to paypal, I just dont' want them to flag the account or ask for any documents.

You have several issues.

You need to check in advance that you can even ADD the bank account in the first place.

Foreign paypal accounts have been having issues when the account holder goes to add an American bank account.

More importatnly, there is no way to know if paypal might ask for documents. Very silly for anyone to say you may never be asked to supply them.

Welcome to the forums.

As GB stated, pp international is phasing out US bank accounts for the large part. Check what kind of bank you can use and report back for help.
