An alternative for Paypal Mastercard?
 

Since stealth accounts can obviously not obtain the paypal mastercard due to verification issues and SSN ect.

Is there an alternative way to do the same function?

I did see a card that you can buy , link to your paypal and i was like wow i'll get that once my stealth is established and i have a good amount of funds.
But, when i went back, and read the back, it said in not these exact words but similar "this card will not directly use funds from you paypal account"

So pretty much it's their line of giftcards, yet another source of income for ebay.

There's nothing that will give u instant withdrawals.

There's coinstar if you enroll in it for withdrawls, does not work for me ever but I have a friend and it works for them sometimes (widely accepted to not work that often at all no matter if your account is legit or stealth). If you're in the SF bay area you can also use moneygram with paypal for instant withdraws (or funding your account), pilot program that should be expanding soon nationwide if it works well (just as the coinstar thing did this year).

Payoneer is good.

Not sure if https://ww3.rushcard.com/home still works - haven't heard an update going against it in awhile
