Paypal Plugin Payment Pending even when AlertPay says it's completed

Hello,

I just used the plugin today to send a payment via AlertPay. On the AlertPay transaction history, it shows that the charge to the Mastercard debit card is completed and that the funds have been sent to the recipient.

When I checked my Paypal account transaction history, it showed that the payment via debit card to AlertPay was pending.

Does anyone know why this is?

Well of course it will be completed in time. I'm just wondering why AlertPay says completed when Paypal says pending.
