I want to ask a few questions...

Hi am new and have just recently got suspended from ebay my PayPal account is fine

I want to ask a few questions as I want to buy an account

Is buying an account legitimate

Also if the paypal account is in a different name and I link my own bank account how can I verify it

Also how can I verify the PayPal account to lift limits if I'm at a different address
