paypal getting finger slapped?
I noticed this message monday on the payment confirmation page after I submitted a payment from a pp account:
"If you aren't satisfied with the service that PayPal's provided you, you can contact these agencies:

is it just in ohio or is Paypal getting slapped on the fingers across USA? |
