paypal accounts linked when payment is made?
 

hi, just wondered if anyone knows that when a new paypal account is set up and recieves a payment from an exsiting account (that is linked to a suspended ebay account), would this set alarm bells ringing at ebay hq?

story is i have a few quid in my pp account and its all good, but obviously cant just add a new email to that for my new ebay account, so the question is: can i just set up a new paypal account, send money to my brand new pp account and then use that for fresh purchases?

or if i am only buying and when i go to checkout an item and pay by an old pp account (linked to a suspended ebay id) is that 'linking' or does it only really link when you are using for accepting payments on ebay?

i am only buying, no selling on this ebay/paypal account.

are you asking if using a paypal attached to a suspended ebay account will be a problem when used on ebay again?

the answer is YES. Such a paypl can never be used for on ebay purchases.

I gotta start looking at the dates. SO SORRY! LOL
