We humbly request that you please return the merchandise in its original condition back to Newegg, if it is still within the refund warranty stated here, or provide Newegg with the funds needed to clear the charge back. Either way, please contact us so we can note this on your account. If we do not have any attempt to clear this matter on your end within one week, we will have no other option but to send your account to a collection agency, thus, possibly affecting your credit rating.


But there was no money in my paypal account when I checked so what refund.

Did you do a bank chargeback?

No, I didn't put a bank on that paypal account

Were you in fact trying to get a refund? If you were then they could have refunded the payment directly back to your credit card. As weird as that sounds, it happened to me once before. And if you weren't trying to get a refund and this whole situation is new to you then you should probably contact Newegg and get everything straightened out.
