Paypal Limited... Help!
 

I've got close to $500 locked up in two limited accounts. Neither have a bank account attached and both are stealth, so I'm not going to get a paper check after 180 days or anything like that. I sent the money from my legit acct to the others. That got limited too but I submitted my ID and got that lifted.

If I call PP do you think that I can get them to refund those payments back to my legit account so I can withdraw them? I tried asking them to do it via email but they just keep saying "please complete the steps to lift your limitation". Have I just lost $500?

No you did not lose your $500. PayPal can't keep your money forever, eventually they will let you withdraw your funds out (usually after 180 days after limitation) do you transfer money from your multiple PayPal accounts often? What did you sent it as? Ex gift or payment? The best way to withdraw after a limitation is attaching some kind of bank account. Prepaid cards with built in bank accounts will work as well ex. Don't do this! Do not let PP know about accounts other than this one - asking for trouble!

Wait out the 180 days if limit cant be lifted - please jh756...not a good move otherwise.

Asking PP to refund the payment is a bad idea.

Best way to get your money out without providing ID is to wait for the 180 days to expire then add bank accounts and then withdraw to the bank account.
