Using paypal to purchase on 3rd party sites

I have been wondering if this was okay to purchase items from a third party website that accepted paypal like wal-mart, home depot etc.
For instance I want to use paypal because I have funds in there to purchase something. Can they link you that way?

Definitely useable - that's how ppl get their goods and use funds in PP in some other ways :)

They could link you in the same way you operate your OTHER PP accounts...e.g. different IP, different address....same stealth principles...if you catch the drift
