Can paypal limit me for this?

Is it allowed with paypal to sell virtual game items? Can I buy and sell Runescape (online game) gold and accounts? Is this okay with paypal? I believe that I can not refuse a refund if the item is not "real" but can I get limited also?

PayPal do not like virtual items, so yes you can get limited for this.
