paypal recieving limit on verified account?
 

Hi all

im a seller on ebay with a verified premier paypal account and i have been selling virtual items over ebay however im worried that they will limit my account eventually if keep selling over some sort of limit or needing to prove if i am a business which i am not.

Im from the uk if that helps

Virtual items are always risky to eB and pp - these platforms generally don't like digital delivery of items.

no ive lifted my receiving limit of £1900 when i became verified but ive heard some people being blocked if they receive more than a certain amount accumulated,

im currently on around £3000 received, will any questions be asked further along the line if i keep accepting more payments.

I shouldn't imagine you'll run into any problems yet, that's a fairly low amount in the grand scheme of things.

Obviously you need to be operating the account properly, no disputes etc.

ive had a couple of unauthorized transactions which i've lost (virtual scammers who buy with stolen paypals) but im not too bothered

rest is ok i sell the virtual items with *dust* which i don't actually post but the buyer receives their virtual item and most transactions go smoothly.

Virtual items often lead to issues.

If you can upload the 'virtual item' to a CD and post it.

When you get to about 17g, they will ask for tax info or something like that.

Keep it to about 15g a year and they will not ask you nothing.

You are confusing IRS tax requests on US paypal with EU anti-money laundering regulations on UK paypal.

when you request a £1900 limit removal they do a credit search in uk
could that be a problem on a stealth?

i mean to ask will the credit search be recorded and will it show up if someone requests their credit file on the stealth address.
