Closing current account and opening new one?

Hello, since i received that paypal mail "too many refunds" blabla and they're not giving clear explanations about it (fact that i didn't had much activity last months) so i thought not doing the same mistake i did with ebay : Do NOT keep using this account, closing it and opening a new one. Since this one isn't restricted/banned, it's the right time to do that, what do you think?

If you plan to open a new account and attach it to an existing ebay account then you shouldn't even bother, they will link the two paypals and limit your new one.

Even if you close it (not that you should waste your time), don't for a moment think opening a new one in SAME details is a good move.

Doesn't make sense. If you close a normal/clean account that ISN'T limited/restricted/whatever, then the new one shouldn't be followed.. That's what i thought.

Closing an account means nothing as it is technically not closed. Ebay and paypal keeps all records and if you use any bit of info from the other account and they catch it they will take it down.

First thing you need to do is figure out why you are giving so many refunds and fix it.

Then work on having multiple stealth accounts.

What will happen is your info will be looked at from the old account.

Those refunds have marked your account for ever.

There may be months of nothing happening but paypal will still know of the refunds.

My suggestion would be to leave the account alone.

Go stealth.

Do not trust written words by paypal.
