Stealth Paypal has been limited, No footprints left either
 

I have multiple stealth accounts, I know what I am doing and even sell accounts to other people but sometimes I get stuck with a couple of problems that I have not ran into before. Recently one of my stealth paypal accounts got permanently limited. I don't know how it could have been though, the footprint I can think of the account getting limited is by switching the proxy because my my old proxy went down so I was forced to switch them. But other than that I have no clue.

But my real question is, would I still be able to use this ebay account stealth and adding a new paypal on it. The paypal account that was recently limited was not linked to my ebay, and of course I will switch the IP address, make sure all of the flash cookies, and cookies, cache are clear. I am trying to build a paypal account long term, adding an EIN number and everything to it.

Using a new paypal with this eB account is DANGEROUS because of the whole mess being linked.

If you want to operate this eB safely, you must go with other approved payment methods like Skrill, Propay, Paymate.

New pp is risky.

Yeah just tried ProPay today, but its a mess. I have already half of these payments are being processed, I looked up what is up with this and its a glitch on ebays side that hasnt been fixed and its been years that this has been going on. I called Propay too and they told me the same thing. Any other payment methods that are good to use
