how do i verify PayPal Stealth!

I have a quick question, i am all done with the process of completing my 2 stealth accounts *eBay/PayPal* but i am truly STUCK! on this last part, how do i verify PayPal?

Have you added the following items to your Paypal?
1. VBA or Bank Account?
2. VCC or Gift Card?
2A. Have you verified the 4 digit expulse code from the VCC/Gift Card?

i've added 2 vvc *Onevanilla* & *entropay*

i am about to receive the 4digits into my entropay account to confirm it.

everything is good to go, just need to verify! which is only possible by bank,

just don't know which is the best VBA to use!
