if i pp verify with an bank account, they can check the name from the bank acc or will they ask the bank?

Yes, if you check with bank account - deposit + return so they will see your name.
if you LOAD monney on account trought your OWN bank = problem = dismathing name
Means your account is NOT ok.

they will not "ask" the bank , but they will see the name on your attached IBAN when you perform the check by bank.

If you do that with cards or a better stealth way, you will be safe in ebay.nl

Now ADD a bank account to your paypal to "upgrade" or allow transfert, you will be ok.
That means : You send monney to your Bank from Paypal : they not see you name BUT bank can reject transfert (dismatching name)

your withdraw can be rejected depend the bank...

-So choose a GOOD bank to do withdraw. or use other techniques... ->Do Small test.
-Check your PP with bank = ok with prepaid card and micro deposit attached(prepaid with no name, and NOT rejected by PP ) --->>> Google !!! you can find a way! -->> Buy diffrents cards online , do test (invest monney , you can loose some cash, for sure...) Research = INVESTMENT (a big one!)

I tested more than 10/20/XX card BEFORE find an opperationnal system for each place. reallly!
(but i travel a few and visit few countrys...)

So for a bank account, you will ask to a bank... in normal way...

you can buy these patatoes in market (official BANKS) , you can also buy a patatoes in a non official "market" ... you can find RESSELERS !!! --->> GOOGLE ^^ !!!!!!!!!!

There are many kinds of diffrents systems: somes: you need attach your ID card and personnal data "SSN, or equivalent" to be able to check your 4 digit when you check paypal... Other cards requierd ANY kind of "registration"... i say ANY. (yes)

what I want is to open a new PP and add a new bank account, but in my account me real data. then I want to link my pp ebay account to sell on ebay.com.
how can I do this best?

All bank accounts need real ID.

You have to do a lot more though to sell on ebay com

Bank yes. they ask ID , SSN or equivalent. Depend WHO you are and WHAT you do with these cards.

You can HAVE and USE a card VISA , Master with a PIN code in WWW ATM
You can CHECK your 4 DIGIT from Paypal WWITHOUT ID without sign contract.

I talk about a real niew scealed card, buyed (paid with real monney) with a real PIN code with a real BANK attached on it, with a REAL MC or VISA routing.

WITHIN 3/5 open days in USA or canada or everywhere right to your BOX letter.

so if I have a credit card and credit card verifiying with pp, pp can not see my real name and address of me?

Hi. I am working in netherlands every couple of weeks and am testing with stealth there.

So far, this is how it works for me in Netherlands.

Open stealth payp.

Buy a 3v gift card or voucher from Primera shop with minimum amount loaded on there & goto their website and register it to the same details as the stealth papy.

Goto payp and add the 3v credit card details.
Then verify the card with the 4 digit code they send instantly to the 3v card (you check this online on their website). They will that about 1.50 euro from the card and put it into your payp.

Your payp will now be verified.
The only limit you will have is 2500 euro yearly receiving limit.

I want to know what I need to do to remove the 2500 euro yearly receiving limit.
I think you only need to send 1 form of id as in a utility bill or something, please clarify.

If you know how to remove the 2500 limit and how I can add a bank account on there to withdraw the funds, that would be grate.

Stay in touch because I am always going there for work and NEED to do stealth there so will be checking things out there and I also will be needing help.
