Paypal Questions, Please help...
 

My ebay account was suspended for 1 year 3 weeks ago. My Paypal account is fine and I am going to create another ebay account.

My questions are this:

1. Can I close my current Paypal and remove my Tax ID# and apply it to a new Paypal account and not be linked to my suspended ebay account?

2. Can I open a new Paypal and not use my tax ID and when they ask me to supply SSN info to lift my withdraw limits can I supply my SSN and not be linked to my other paypal account and suspended ebay account?

3. If neither of those scenarios wont work how will I supply SSN info when I reach my withdraw limit to keep from being caught?

Any good info is appreciated, I checked the forums for answers to these questions but couldnt find anything matching.

No, Once its used, it can only be used once.

There is no need to use your SSN at any time for paypal if you know the rules of stealth.

There are ways to lift the withdraw limit.
You need the stealth guide as these are basic questions.

You cannot close and reuse old info. You cannot open accounts in SAME old info. You must go stealth to remain linkfree and avoid problems with old ties to roughed-up accounts.
