Remove a bank acct from PP then adding same acct to diff PP?
 

Okay, I found a thread similar to what I am asking, but the thread did not delve into the specific questions I have, so I'm posting it here.

I made a PP account a couple months ago and bank verified it. I started using the ebay account associated with this paypal (never officially linked them through ebay). This was one of my first stealth accounts, so I made the mistake of listing an item too quickly after ebay acct creation and my ebay got suspended.

I wanted to know if there was any way to salvage the bank account from the paypal associated with the suspended ebay. I removed the bank account from this paypal account and closed the paypal account entirely.

If I waited a couple months or so, would I be able to add this same bank to a new stealth account? Does anybody have experience trying this? I just hate to see a bank acct go to waste, especially being as though this is a real bank acct and not an account from a prepaid card.

No.

You cannot use anything from a banned account ever again.

Not recommended to reusing bank account on a new pp /period - most of the time, you will get the message "This bank has been used before" OR...in the event that it DOES go through then an easy BAD link is made.

Once a bank account has been used, it cannot be reused

I used an old banned bank account.

I used it on an account which had my money on hold for 180 days.

After 180 days, I used my old banned bank account details from an old old account and it went through and I got my money.

Most of us told you not to use an account that has been used before because we do not want them to hold our money for 180 days when we can re-invest it and make a lot more then having it sit.

If you want to run your business that way then fine if it works for you.

The PayPal did not get suspended. The ebay did. Does that matter?

Does not follow the spirit of stealth. NO definitely can not use it. Everything must be new. NOTHING can be salvaged from another account.

Everything matters - just because it is ok now does NOT mean it will be in good status later from linking and such

Why burn the account by using banned info?
