Paypal and bank account
 

Hello
I am an ebay seller and until few days ago I had 100% positive feedback. Then recently I got 2 chargebacks from buyers in South America (unverified and zero-points) wich claims items not arrived.
The items were sent unregistered.
Since I smelled the chargebacks coming I withdraw everything and stop using both ebay and paypal, and move to another e-commerce site (Discogs) that seems better for the kind of items I sell.
So now I have a red, negative paypal account.

Problem is that discogs requires a verified paypal account to collect the fees. I already have another unverified paypal account unlinked to my previous ebay activities.
What if I verify this account by adding my bank account number (wich were never disclosed before to paypal or ebay)?
Will paypal be able to see my name associated with this bank account?

Hi, I am registered since a few weeks and no spam received. Btw this is, in my opinion, one of the best forum on the subject. People is helpful but, as always, it needs to have some patience.
Said so, I can say, not for my direct experience but reading around (EBAY Stealth Book) that PP is not seeing your name on the bank account. But if you just need to verify it, some mygiftcard prepaid card that you can find in shops will do.
