Starting Again on Paypal and Ebay. I need advice!

Before anything else, I would like to thank the webmaster of this forum for the great support you have been doing. Kudos and more power!

Let me tell you first my story. After my first sale on Ebay. My Paypal account has been limited and Paypal asked for lots of documents. I submitted all the documents they needed and the next day they permanently limited my account. To cut the story short, I joined a drop shipping company and we drop ship using Amazon as supplier. When Paypal asked docs. (like invoices etc) I all got them from Ebay. It seems that the drop shipping company I joined to is helpless to re instate my Paypal account so I search high and low to get back to Ebay. Fortunately I found this forum and the Ebay Stealth book.

I'm considering to buy the Ebay Stealth Book. But please advise me if my plan would work. I'm currently living in the Philippines and I will be selling on Ebay.Com not Ebay Philippines. I will do drop shipping. I'm planning to link my old Ebay account to the new Paypal account that I will create using the guide on the stealth book. The old Ebay account I had was under my real name which I created 5 years ago. I never used it but it's still working now.
When I will create my new Paypal account, I will use my credit cards and bank accounts in the Philippines under my real name and I will create a new Paypal account using paypal.com.ph (Paypal Philippines) to be able to withdraw my fund to my Philippine Bank account. Sorry it's little disorganize.. But to sum up, I live in the Philippines, my Ebay account is under my real name and I will sell on Ebay.com. And I will create a Paypal account on Paypal Philippines using my Philippine bank account and credit card I never used on my previous Paypal account which has been limited. All info will be under my real name. I will use the principle of the Ebay Stealth book so that Ebay and Paypal will not link back to me but I will use my real name and address. What do you think about this guys? Please help me. Thank you so much!
