basic question on vcc
 

I just bought a VCC on the marketplace in here to verify PP. I do not want to attach a bank account on it but i may need some small money (few $). What is the smartest way to ad funds without link another pp? ...start selling is one option but I want to buy small things for starting.

So you want to be able to buy though using from eBay using PayPal?

Just use a funded VCC

So I have to get another VCC (witth funds in it) to attach to the same PP? Will PP check all the personal infos in a new added CC even if the account is already up and verified? I mean, Entropay did not work for me to verify a previous account but can it be used (different number and everything) to put funds into this one? Don't want to sink this account too.

You would need a VCC to send some funds - EP can be used to make purchases but not upload funds into the account.

You should be able to add the VCC just fine - you are allowed to have more than 1 card on the account

Can this VCC be registered to my real banned name or it will be seen?
