EntroPay prepaid visa

Hello

Can I open/verify a PayPal account and link it to an eBay account to pay the fees with an EntroPay Prepaid Visa Card? I accidentally purchased one and put 50 GBP on it, but I wanted to purchase a 3V card.

But I kinda want to keep this one, because if I open a 3V Visa Prepaid card, I need to get a new phone number to verify it, that was not needed with entro pay.
