About filing tax document

Hi guy!
I just wonder if you have any idea about filling tax documents when we receive money from Paypal.
I'm actually having few stealth Paypal and usually get about $1000 from each of them every month. So I'm worry about someday IRS will call me and accuse me with avoiding tax.
How are you guy filling tax now? please give me some advices.
