Transfer from PP to Skrill?

Is it possible to transfer money from PP to Skrill? If not, what are other ways to accomplish this? I used to have exchangers, but within the time fee is just too big and there is many scammers..

Withdraw it to a bank account and then upload it to Skrill would be the fastest method

Without wanting to seem like I am oversimplifying, can you not just add a bank account? Very easy to get in the US

I would, but my PP is outside of my country, so that's not an option as well, as my country currently does not support receiving payments. All my funds are legit.

it is not necessarily shady to not have a withdrawable bank acc attached guys, out of country or multiple stealth to spread sales are 2 reasons

no you cannot send to skrill, there are other ways though they all involve fees, expect to lose 7% and upwards

Where is the PP registered to in that case?

Are you based in the US? If not you need to change your flag, otherwise it leads to confusion.

The best method to solve your issue is still to open a US bank account. This is possible from France, and is easily done in the US itself (if you are able to travel there)
