add UK bank account which was verified to a limited paypal to a new stealth paypal
 

I have a UK bank account which was used to verified a real UK paypal 2 months ago but in somehow reason the paypal was suspended. Now I bought a new stealth paypal, all set up, verified, but need to add a bank account for the last step to start selling. Can I use this previous bank account to add there? It's not for verify this new stealth paypal as it's done verification.

I hope I can have some suggestion here before I do anything stupid… thanks!

The answer is no. Use a fresh bank account.

You dont want to use anything associated with your old account i.e. IP, Address, Bank, windows user etc etc etc.

Everything needs to be new, this included the bank account.

You will need to open a new account
