PayPal bank accounts

hi i've been following the ebay stealth guide and i am based within the UK, i have set up a new ebay account and a paypal account but i am limited to what i can sell (£1,900 p/a) until i link a bank account or credit card in paypal. As it needs my home details and my other paypal account is linked to my suspended ebay account how do i get around this?
