new paypal account with new bank account

Hi guys,

a friend of mine offered me to use his home address for a new paypal account, would it be safe if i do it on my name? I will create completely new paypal with new email, new bank accout, new debt card etc the concern is my real name, can i be link to my ebay suspension? Many thanks, all the comments will be highly appreciated.

You cannot be linked just by name, thousands of people have the same name.

Why dont you get your own address without using your friend's? What's stopping you?
