Hi I bought a UK verified paypal account with all limits lifted, do I need to change it's phone number? I don't live in UK so should I buy a UK sim card as well and put it aside of me all the time?

As I have already told you, you need to add a working UK phone number to the account. How you do that is entirely up to you.

You need to change your flag to your actual location.

A working UK phone number, do you mean a UK phone number that works, can receive sms, and receive phone call?
