Payoneer card arrived. How do I use it on paypal to withdraw funds?

Hello.
I am in UK.
My payoneer card arrived and I want to attach it to my Dutch paypal.

How would I go about doing this please.

Do I simply put in the routing number and account number payoneer have issued me with into paypal or do I have to setup a US payment request via payoneer website?
