ZERO Remaining Monthly Limit
 
I set up a stealth paypal a week ago, verified the bank and sold one item.

Now the pending balance has been cleared and I tried to withdraw that money,

BUT: Remaining Monthly Limit $0.00 USD

when I try to withdraw the money, only $26. How can this happen ?

Did anyone have the same situation before ?
