Does PayPal refund the confirmation $1 charge?
 

I was recently trying to register with a gift card and this was the first time I was trying this so I didn't have an address registered to it. So it got declined saying something about the billing address not working. So I tried again. It failed again.

I checked the card's balance and it showed a couple of withdrawals for $1 from PayEnemy. By this time I had registered an address for the card. So I tried again and this time lol I think since every time PayEnemy withdrew $1 from the card there wasn't $1 left in it, just a few cents, so it said the bank declined the card.

So what do I do now? I already put a bank account on this PayEnemy account so I don't want to ditch it. Do I just use another card for confirmation or will PayEnemy refund my $1 + $1 + $1 for when it failed my address?

By the way the account seems to be open, what limitation is there on it before I put in a card for "confirmation"?

Also, I know you're supposed to put in your SSN when to get >$500 but I noticed something funny: when I put in my bank account # it said that's what's required TO LIFT ANY WITHDRAWING OR PAYMENT limit. wth?

Those are just 'holds' which will automatically be released within a few days.

If you are using a gift card, the funds will not be put back on the card.

WRONG the funds will go back onto the gift card same as when you add a giftcard to ebay it charges $1 and a week later the $1 is back on the card. It worked with all the gift cards i every used Visa, Mstrcard and Amex

thats like takeing a $100 gift card buy $20 in gas and paying at the pump the gas station will put a $50 hold on the funds so a week later u will have the $50 back they dont keep it that wpuld be stealing.

Yes, from personal experience on gift cards holds do come back.
