Risky changing paypal linked account
 

I was wondering, has anyone changed the paypal linked account from one to a new one? What are the risks of doing this, using a different paypal account linked to a ebay account and the new auctions?

I have done that before, but only changed PayPal primary email address.

No problem as long as your PayPal is in good standing.

I dont want to change the email on the account, I want to link a separate paypal account to an ebay account with an existing paypal linked.

That's a FAIL sooner or later - the new pp will be linked to the OLD pp via the eB connection...you could get limited, never known when though

So what you want to do is add a 2nd paypal to your ebay account?

If the existing paypal is in good standing, you can do this. However you link both accounts.

Is this what you want because you got advice that will endanger your account otherwise.

Please clarify as soon as you can.

2. I have been suspended by ebay but my old paypal which was connected with the suspended account is fine only ebay suspended me when I now try to open a stealth ebay do I need to open a new Paypal or can I used old paypal with new ebay stealth account???

You must make a new paypal account to match your new ebay account.

Nothing old may be used again.

You must avoid being linked.

You would like to add a second paypal to a working ebay account.

You understand that will link both paypals.
