Uploading docs to paypal

Set up a legit account on paypal with all real info, for some reason when i tried to confirm information it failed the check, need to upload passport and bank statement to them, which is not a problem but my question is which parts of the passport & bank statement should I cover up? seen a post a while back someone saying they cover the photo other stuff up! cheers.

I have always sent the doc without any info covered up.

Anything else I think would possible lead to issue.

Read the guidelines given by paypal themselves.

I did it last year with no apparent problems.
