Advise about Claim
 

Question. I ordered something from France off Ebay. The item didn't arrive after 30 days. I filed a Paypal Claim and they gave me my money back. Yesterday, the item arrived and I signed for it USPS. Here's the thing: I don't want to pay for this item now. I am a bad boy. I cannot sleep at night because I know I'm going to Hell..lol. Can Paypal remove funds from my account because it eventually arrived? There is proof it arrived through USPS now. If I close my account can the get access to my money?

you got the goods so no need to keep the money. I understand if you were ripping paypal but its the poor bloke on the other end. If the guy does not appeal they can not take the money from you as the dispute has been closed. carry on having sleepless nights ;)

Did PP refund all of your money?
Did the Seller respond to the claim you filed? What did they say?

If the seller appeals and disputes the chargeback and can supply tracking information, then yes paypal will take the funds back from you, however if don't have any funds in your account, your account will show as being in negative for whatever amount was owed to the seller.

And a negative balance to you equals your buyer doesn't get the money until you add funds to your account.
