Creating a New PayPal - Credit Card link
 

When you open a PayPal second thing it asks you to link a credit card.

If I buy a $500 American Express gift card will it work? PayPal will check the billing address on the card and want to make sure it will match the address you have on your PP account.

I can also register my gift card by calling American express and have them to update and create billing info and owner info on the card. I tired it before.

But my question is, will it work with PP? Will PayPal can find out this is only a gift card and raise the red flag?

there are many threads on this, I would strongly suggest you read alot on here before making a purchase. as for your question yes it can be red flagged and u need to buy the right type of card. had the same issue here and this site provided me all I needed

25 vanilla gift card is a lot cheaper and will work.you just need to registrar the card to same zip as a stealth
