When making your new paypal account and clicking confirm personal information to become verified, once I have done this step, can I then change the address on paypal to one i have access to and then use that address on the new eBay account which I will then attach to the paypal?

You do not become verified by confirming personal information, that just lifts the £1900 EU limits.

You before verified when you verify your bank account.

Why would you not just use the address you have access to from the off?

Yeh that's what I meant when I've added bank account and everything then last step i confirm personal information but then change address to one i have access too after I'm confirmed,

Address I have access to might fail the check, so need to pass the confirm info bit first with another address then once done i will change the address to one I have access to! Am I ok taking this route?

Why would you want to change the address? PP doesnt like rapid change of registration info...

As I've got an address that will pass the confirm personal info stage but I don't have access to it, so would like to get it confirmed then change address to one i have access to, i don't mean straight away maybe 1-2 weeks later would this be fine to do?

So are you using a friend or families details on the account to enable it to pass the checks? Really shouldnt be doing that.

Use phake details, bank account to verify the account, VCC to confirm the address and then send in any docs needed to list the EU limits.

No need to do what your trying to do.

I never mentioned I was using friends or family's details?? never have done never will do.

You would need to know the names of a person living at that address. It will fail otherwise.

I can pass the check easy without using any family's details, and get the accounts set up in my own name usually. something I worked out when i first started making stealths,
