Does accountnow still work for paypal withdrawing with mismatched names (2014)

Does accountnow card (which comes with routing number and bank acc number in usa) still work with paypal for WITHDRAWING funds to as of 2014 with MISMATCHED names?

If it doesnt work can you give some good alternative prepaid cards which come with bank acc number and routing which do work with paypal for withdrawing in mismatched names?

Payoneer works - havent tried Accountnow in some time (Wait for other posters) but have you searched the forum for posts?

I use card one banking, I too am looking for other prepaid cards to use in the UK if anyone can help as Im all banked up!!!

I am in USA and it works fine for Amazon mismatched names on large deposits over $1000. Have two cards for a few months, no issues.
