Withdraw $ from Paypal

Currently I can only withdraw $500 per month from my paypal account. Is there a way I can withdraw more $ from this 6-month old account? I tried to send myself an invoice from my merchant account(ccnow) and I paid via paypal, ccnow rejected the transaction.

The solution is obvious, when you log into your paypal account, to the right of the screen it says lift limitations or something to that effect, when you click on it, it gives you a list of procedures you need to go through to get fully verified and remove the $500 withdrawal limit.
