Can I withdraw from stealth US Paypal to a foreign bank

May I know if it is possible to withdraw from a Stealth US Paypal to a foreign bank (say China)?

I found this link on their website. But I am not sure if anybody have used it and if there is any limit regarding how much you can transfer, etc.

I did some research, but I did not find the answer. If I missed it somewhere, please send me the link for the related topic.

1. Just for future posts (and people who DONT know), when you place a link to eB or PP or Az on this site, you should make clear that WARNING PAYPAL LINK (or something like that) :)

2. This link isnt a withdrawal to foreign bank...it's a link to sending money to another PP account...sending money can cause link.

3. For US PP you can ONLY withdraw to US bank/US bank card or request check.

You can only withdraw to a US Bank Account, if it were possible to add foreign banks everyone would have been doing it by now.
