Safe amount to w/d from paypal by weekly?

Hi what amount should i do a week on paypal and not get limted as quick? Like i know if u w/d 500 a day u will get ask for a SSN real quick like. I have been doing about 500 a week in w/ds but i can do less and make more accounts if need be to avoid the SSNs and limts as quick.

also the other day i got a 21 day hold payment and i refuse to accept payments with holds so i refunded the buyer as always and guess what gaypal has done! The put my account in the - instead of refunding the money thats in the hold how gay is that so now if u get a hold payment u cant even refund it back to the buyer.

Just shows right there that paypal is holding your money to collect intrest off it!

Yes, how much do people transfer from paypal to bank account at once? Should I just get a PAYPAL ATM card and withdraw money that way as well?
