paypal limit?!
 

Just got paypal stealth account access limited today. Need some suggestions here if anybody knows how to do.

1, confirm bank account (easy)

2, validate your account information (send photo ID, easy)

3, provide business information

there are 2 options, either upgrade this account, or provide existence business, which one is better?

4, provide proof of delivery

paypal should send me a list for the postage information to fill in, but it looks like a system bug, there's no list at all, should i call paypal?

5, invoices

Don't know if anyone has a format for that?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news.
I would guess this paypal account is dead. You just got sent on a scavenger hunt. After you give them all of these requests, you will get a new list. You have seen the wizard of OZ? You'll get your money after 6 months. (probably)

The OP supplied the info and the account was restored a few days ago. I had a PM from her informing me of this.

Sometimes users are successful in having accounts restored.

This is one of the mysteries of dealing with paypal/ebay. Each case differs and so we give advice based on that.

The OP was one of the luckier sellers.
