Using a paypal account that recieved monies from suspended user

Hi there

Im setting up an ebay account and linking to a paypal account that has recieved funds from a user that is suspended from ebay/paypal.

Is there any fear this paypal account may be limited because it recived monies from a suspended user in the past

YES- if they link one way-they will look for other areas to meet the test, Once the test is met-
they will suspend/limit the pp acct, as well as the new ebay acct.
