Respond to all PayPal correspondence. Provide everything relating to the sale, shipping delivery etc. Always COA cover your own a$$. And if a buyer asks you to ship to an address other than the PayPal address don't do it. Cause if you do there goes your seller protection.

Now I'm confused..... Is this case open for item not received or for unauthorized use of the PayPal acct? Worlds apart.

It is open for unauthorized use of the credit card. But as the seller what the OP needs to prove is the item was delivered to the PayPal address for him not to be liable.

I won my case. I threatened to take my business to amazon and report the buyer to the police with the address, name and phone number attached to the account if I had to pay the $650. Told them the buyer will not communicate with me nor send the item back and this is absolutely blatant fraud. After this within 24 hours The case was closed decided in my favor.


Jraynor thanks so much for the advice. Helped alot. I hope this thread goes down as a shining example of how to get things done.
