eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - PayPal US payment service with payoneer?

I want to know a firm answer on this aswell!

So can you not withdraw funds from paypal to payoneer with mismatching names anymore? Without payoneer locking your account?

Recent news is PayPal will not allow you to withdraw to Payoneer anymore, I think those days are over

When you get a card with Payoneer, its got a US bank account despite what country your from am I correct?
