eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Paypal refunds even when item is shipped

My buyer filed a claim against me... she said she never received item. i think she's lying! i made a big mistake by not getting a tracking #

when we were emailing each other, she made it clear that she made the claim by "accident" would withdraw the claim because she believes i did send it out and i got a receipt to prove it.

what should i do? is pp gonna refund her

Yeah if you don't have a tracking number they will side with the buyer. One thing you might want to try is sending Paypal the email where she stated it was an accident..and scan the receipt or take pics and send that too. its worth a try..

damn, that girl probably knew that pp will side with her so she filed the claim. hell she probably received the item and lie about that too "oooh i'm new to pp"... i'll call pp in 2 hours... i'm being scammmeeedddddd
