I just received an email 3 hours ago and another one yesterday both stating that my account is being limited and they need more information. They both had a link but I did not click on it. I logged into my PayPal account and well...everything is still normal. No limitations or anything.

Is this just someone trying to get my info?

It's probably somebody phishing for your log-in info.
I always log directly into my account and never click on a link in an e-mail.
