paypal receiving sending limit

i have $999CAD receiving and sending limits on my paypal. this is a steal pp and it's an old account created back in 2009. bank acc and cc added, i have been using it and never got any limitation. there was no limits,i'm not sure when pp put this limit on my acc. when i clicked "lift limit", it give me the options as attached photo. i feel scary to click the "start" button, not sure what i will have after i click that. will pp ask me to send any docs? if so,i would rather leave the limits there. anybody ever has such problem? any good advice out there please?

The account is not limited so why are you trying to lift limits? This is standard policy of PP...no image/photo involved

anyway,i just re-read all details in pp, it says they need me to provide docus in order to get these limits lifted.i wont do it:surrender:
