PP Charges for Gift?

Before PP never charged fees for "gifts".

Now it seems to charge $0.25 per $50 (based upon two gifts I sent).

Not that bad, but amusing how they happened to start charging more..

Anyone else experiencing the same?

Maybe it is since it is international. The two gifts that I sent were int. I just never noticed it before..

PP charges fees for gifting now...and charges fees for refunding - the cash grab has been worse since last year

If you sending gift to another person resides in same country of your PayPal account then no charges with apply else less fee applied if have different country zones.

sometimes u cant gift international for free but internal Is fine

US PP often has different policies to the UK PP
