How to withdraw from usa pp, moved to Uk
 

I was wondering if you could advice. I used to live in USA and had a paypal account there. When we moved to uk, I was still using the same pp account. They started ask me for telephone confirmation and address as well. I was not able to provide them, so they suspended it. The account had some money in it, around 300 pounds. I checked it yesterday, they released the funds, but I have to add a new account (USA) or change my adress to any of redirecting companies and ask for the check. What do you think is the best way to get my money back?

Easiest way is to add a bank account but if you like taking risk you could send funds to a paypal that does have a bank but again it's a risk which most don't recommend.

Is there any possibility to open a bank account out of the country?

Just wondering if we are able to send money on a limited paypal after 180 days have passed?

I thought that we can only withdraw it to a bank or request a check.

Yes you are right only withdraw or get a check.

No, you can't use any Out of Country Bank, Must be a USA bank...No way around that, or request a Check and the check will go to the address on file with the name on stealth.
