Lowest amount that triggers limitation or 21-day hold?
 

What is people's best guess (or knowledge from experience) of the smallest amount of withdrawal from a non-SSN-specified PayPal account to a bank account that would likely trigger a limitation/SSN inquiry? How about the smallest purchase value that will cause PP to enact a 21-day hold on funds? From experience, what are the most important/predictable factors in PP's method for enacting limitations and holds, e.g. age of account, type of items sold, recent disputes? Thanks!

I think anything under $499 is good. I always seem to do good until I go over $499 to the big $500.

This is just my experience...

What I do now is do multiple transfers...ie; I might do 3 $150 transfers in a single day and they go fine.

I've had paypal hold $9.99 payments for 21 days before...

Ha, Paypal hold my two $2.99 of sold online coupon code, and asked me to ship them out. I think they are just %^@!*#%

The 21 day hold is based on eBay sales as far as I know.
If your eBay account is less than 6 months old and has a feedback of less than 100 then you eBay account payments can be subject to the 21 day hold.
